SC advised that both C and J were involved in the move, and everything went smoothly. SC also advised that the support workers from UCONNEX had been working with L for the last week to get the participant familiar with the supports she will receive at her new home. I must acknowledge the efforts, support and the patience K has demonstrated in making this move very successful.
