Our Organisation
Uconnex Community Services is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) approved provider that supports individuals of all ages with their disabilities in Victoria and New South Wales.
Established in 2021, the Uconnex team have been hard at work at providing disability support services that align with Victorian, New South Wales and Commonwealth Government regulations.

We pride ourselves on providing the best care possible for our clients and treating them as an extension of our own family. The Uconnex team are passionate about assisting clients to help improve their well-being and mental state while also treating them with the dignity, courtesy, and respect they deserve.

Finally, Uconnex Community Services is proud to support local communities through our presence as both an employer and NDIS Provider. We understand how important local communities are to our clients which is why we actively promote and maintain our status as a grass-roots provider.
